DELIVERY We normally are well stocked and ship within 2 working days via USPS for light weight silk or UPS if more heavy items are imvolved.

PAYMENT We accept credit cards (Visa and Master Card only), cashiers checks, company checks, personal checks and money orders. Personal checks for new customers are subject to clearance hold before shipping. While we accept credit card payments online, they are NOT processed automatically and instantly. We manually process the payments just before shipping to adjust the shipping cost and product quantity. (You will be notified if certain items are not available.) If you wish to use PayPal, please email or call us and we'll give you the final total and our PayPal account no. for processing. This is a SECURE website. SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost is based on the weight of the items and destinations. We usually ship by USPS Priority Mail which we have found to be most efficient for our light weight products. If there is a significant difference between the online rate (from your Order Confirmation) and the actual cost, we'll notify you before shipping. We normally charge the shipping cost plus $2.00 handling fee.
SHIPPING METHODS For most light weight silk items, we use USPS Priority Mail which we have found to be most efficient and economical. Large or heavier orders will be sent by UPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS Except the $3.00 handling charge, we do NOT indicate the actual shipping cost in your Order Confirmation since international shipping cost varies from country to country. We understand shipping cost is a concern for our international customers and we try very hard to make it as cost effective as possible. We usually ship by USPS Priority Mail and try to utilize the economical FLAT RATE envelopes and boxes provided by the US Post Office. WE ALWAYS CONFIRM THE SHIPPING COST WITH YOU BEFORE SENDING OUT THE PACKAGE. We willl charge your credit card only after receiving your approval. e.g. Shipping cost for a Flat Rate envelope package will be $15. About 12-20 silk scarves can fit into the envelope depending on the sizes ordered.
RETURNS Damaged shipping containers should be refused or accepted with damage noted. Call within 10 days of receipt for return authorization. We will replace returned items or issue a refund if the goods are returned in the ORIGINAL CONDITION within 30 days.
ASK Not everything we sell is contained in our catalog. So never be hesitant to ask us. Also, your suggestions will give us ideas for future new products.
SPECIAL ORDERS We provide special orders regularly for items NOT listed in our catalog with fairly low minimums. (e.g. 10 dozen for scarf blanks with size/weave not shown in our catalog.)
