DELIVERY We normally are well stocked and ship within 2 working days via USPS for light weight silk or UPS if more heavy items are imvolved.
OFFICE HOURS Monday - Saturday: 8am-6pm Pacific Standard Time.
PAYMENT We accept credit cards (Visa and Master Card only), cashiers checks, company checks, personal checks and money orders. Personal checks for new customers are subject to clearance hold before shipping. While we accept credit card payments online, they are NOT processed automatically and instantly. We manually process the payments just before shipping to adjust the shipping cost and product quantity. (You will be notified if certain items are not available.) If you wish to use PayPal, please email or call us and we'll give you the final total and our PayPal account no. for processing. This is a SECURE website. SHIPPING COST For online orders, the shipping cost only shows $5.00, our MINIMUM SHIPPING CHARGE for online orders, at the moment. Actual cost will be included in the final invoice. We normally charge the shipping cost plus $2.00 handling fee. For offline orders, please estimate 7% (minimum $7.50) of your order total for shipping, insurance and handling. However, if your order consists of heavy items such as dyes, then please estimate 10%. We'll refund or invoice the difference with your order. Be sure to include your street address in case of UPS delivery.
SHIPPING METHODS For most light weight silk items, we use USPS Priority Mail which we have found to be most efficient and economical. Large or heavier orders will be sent by UPS. All shipments will be insured.
RETURNS Damaged shipping containers should be refused or accepted with damage noted. Call within 10 days of receipt for return authorization. We will replace returned items or issue a refund if the goods are returned in the ORIGINAL CONDITION within 30 days.
ASK Not everything we sell is contained in our catalog. So never be hesitant to ask us. Your suggestions will give us ideas to carry new products in the future.
SPECIAL ORDERS We provide special orders regularly for items NOT listed in our catalog with fairly low minimum. (e.g. 10 dozen for scarf blanks with size/weave not shown in our catalog.)
