Q: What is the Members Only Catalog? A: This is a periodic new letter sent to fiber artists and wholesale buyers. You will receive news on promotions, special sales, new product information and quantity discount codes. For example, we have quantity discounts for about 30% for silk scarf blanks if you order 1 dozen or more. But you need to enter the code for the system to calculate the discounts.Don't worry, we WON'T sell your name. We have never done it in our 25 years in business. Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: At the moment, the cart only shows the minimum shipping costs. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the final Invoice but NOT on confirming your order. We normally add $2.00 handling fee to the ACTUAL shipping cost. We have done this for the last 20 years and it is working out well. For special situation such as international shipping, we will contact you for confirmation before shipping.
