We offer the following weaves in scarf blanks:
8mm Habotai: Light weight. Flat weave. Affordable. "Workhorse" of scarf blanks.
8mm Flat Crepe: Light weight. More shiny than Crepe de Chine. Drapes better than Habotai. Luminous.A "marriage made in heaven" with French dyes. Favored by professional painters.
8mm Crepe de Chine: A hard to find light weight CDC. Slightly textured. Drapes beautifully.
12-14mm Crepe de Chine: Medium weight. Slilghtlly textured. Classic.
16mm Jacquard: Medium weight. "Tone on tone" patterned fabric. We purposely chose "wavy" and abstract patterns to enhance the painted designs.
8mm Crepe Georgette "Chiffon." : "Sheer" luxury.
12-19mm Crepe Satin (Charmeuse): Medium to heavy weight. The "empress" of silk. Elegant!
Silk/Rayon Velvet: Rayon pile on the silk base. A very popular fabric in recently years.
